VitalCALL GO Pendant

The VitalCALL GO pendant is a mobile personal emergency pendant with 4G cellular and GPS technology designed to summon help any time, and from anywhere there is 4G cellular and GPS coverage. When you press it, the VitalCALL GO sends an alert to our 24/7 monitoring centre via the 4G telecommunications network, along with your GPS location data. You will be able to talk with a VitalCALL operator over the speakerphone, and they will organise assistance if required.

The VitalCALL GO pendant may be subsidised through The Ministry of Social Development. See details on funding for more information.

Warning

Important Note

The VitalCALL GO Pendant has been designed to assist people who have fallen from being left to lie on the floor without assistance for a long period of time. However, not all falls result in a significant impact. For example, the pendant is less likely to detect a fall when the person is able to brace themselves during the free fall, falls back into a seated position, slumps from a chair, wheelchair, or the bed to the ground, or comes into contact with an object on the way to the ground. A button has been incorporated as the primary method of triggering an alarm.

Note:
The fall detection feature is only available to users who do not have a pacemaker and are not in a wheelchair.
